You make a beautiful queen, Rachel! I have been following all the Rose Festival/Rose Court news from Virginia! I hear from Mary how busy you have been. I am so happy for you and I don’t think they could have picked a better representative for Portland! I hope they let you ride a horse for the Pendleton Roundup Parade! ( A gentle one!)
